Overall I am very happy with the work AP and his group did to get our basement finished. We were very impressed with the quality of work, the support walking us through what was feasible in the space and navigating th challenges of permitting in our city. Additionally the options available for finishing (cabinets, tiles for shower) were quite varied and really let us make it uniquely our own. The pricing felt very competitive to other quotes we had received and the support through the majority of our project was outstanding. The only point of challenge was towards the end of project (and admittedly extended in some part by city permitting) lost a little steam. Post move in Ap and the buildpro group continued to work with us to ensure we were 100% satisfied and they had met their full promise as per project detail. I would definitely recommend buildpro for a basement renovation project if you are looking for a cost competitive modern finished basement build/update.

To begin with, The owner and estimator AP is one of the nicest people you will meet. Very personable and incredibly easy to work with. He listened to everything I asked for and also made suggestions. After coming up with the floor plan, he came back with a 2D and 3D rendering. The quote was also better than others that I received and also included things that the other quotes did not. Not only was there incredible value in this, but the people that he works with are very skilled and very respectful of the home they are working in. The flexibility was incredible and even had people fix issues either same day or on very short notice. Between the fair and confident, payment schedule, The overall price of the project, the quality of the end product and the absolute pleasure of working with some of the nicest people, has made me more satisfied that I’ve ever been working with anyone I needed to hire to help with my home. I would unreservedly recommend this company for your basement or other construction needs. Communication was first class (thank you Harpreet) and the entire process was a pleasure. And ultimately the finished product speaks for itself, which is as good or better than any major builder.
